We are getting a new raid called Sepulcher of the first ones.
This raid has 11 bosses and is time gated.
The reason for the timegating is because you are entering a story when you enter the raid.
First week of raid launch
You will be able to fight the 8 first bosses.
The last boss (boss 8) is Anduin.
Second week of raid launch
This is week is when mythic difficutly comes out.
The last 3 bosses are unlocked.
You need to rescue Anduin most likely in order to unlock this raid chapter.
The last boss (boss 11) is the Jailer.

Background Story
The Jailer has breached the Spulcher, the mysterious heart of the Shadowlands. Should the control its primordial power, he will reshape the cosmos with Death at the fore. As Zovaal prepares to dominate reality, champions of Azeroth charge forth to stop him. Will their resolve outmatch his?
Boss order
Vigilant Guardian
Once the first boss is dead, you can choose to go left or right side with a flight path.
Left side
Left side has a certain boss order that you do.

Right side
On the right side you can choose between Skolex and Artificer. Once both are killed you will reach Halondrus.

Halondrus the Reclaimer
Anduin Wrynn
You reach Anduin once all the above bosses are defeated. So Anduin is the 8th boss in here.
Lord of Dread
Once the second week is unlocked, you will be able to progress to this boss once you have defeated Anduin.
Rygelon
Once Lord of Dread is defeated you will meet Rygelon.
The Jailer
This is the last boss that you encounter once all other bosses are defeated.
Skips
You will be able to skip bosses, similar to previous raids. Meaning you get a quest and after defeating certain bosses a certain amount of time, you will unlock the skip.
