Shaping the Dreamsurge stopped giving cache

The Dreamsurge event weekly quest "Shaping the Dreamsurge" gave a cache that contained veteran gear 480 ilvl and 30 Drake Crests. This week it got a change in which Blizzard removed that cache reward from the quest. Instead you get 10 whelpling Awakened Crests.
