Dreamsurge Weekly quest (gather 100 Dreamsurge) Is not part of this Awakened week, either it is a bug. But could also a filler so that we have access to 6 veteran gear per week. Rewards the currency and a cache that contains Veteran Gear.
The Dreamsurge vendors and Timerift vendors are not available. Probably becuse those parts are not awakened.
