The reward comes from the chests at the end of the delv runs. Based on what difficulty you have done, you will be rewarded with different quality of gear and crests. This is not 100% loot, it is chance on loot. The better quality chests require you to have special keys to open them, so not only completing difficulty to get access to the chests, also keys to open them.
There are 3 types of chests:
Weathered Coin Coffer (no key is required to open this coffer)
Carved Coin Coffer (You must have a Restored Coffer Key to open this chest.)
Runed Coin Coffer (You must have a Treasure Trove Key to open this chest)
Doing a Tier 1-5 Difficulty rewards:
The Gear from this chest is 558 ilvl, Adventure Gear
The Crest from this chest is Carved Crest.
The gear from Weekly Vault should be Veteran Gear.
Doing a Tier 6-7 Difficulty rewards:
The Gear from this chest is 571 ilvl, Veteran Gear.
The Crest from this chest is Runed Crest.
The gear from Weekly Vault should be Champion Gear.
Doing a Tier 8-11 Difficulty rewards:
The Gear from this chest should be 584 ilvl, Champion Gear
The Crest from this chest should be Glided Crest.
The gear from Weekly Vault should be Hero Gear.
