New This Year

Midnight Candy Buckets

New Candy Buckets have been scattered throughout Quel’Thalas—visit them all for tricks and treats and the Tricks and Treats of Midnight achievement.

Hallow’s End Haunts Come to Your Neighborhood

At the start of Hallow's End, each neighborhood will be randomly assigned a theme, complete with themed cosmetic features, candies, and daily quests from Nomi. Pick up the “A Haunted Home” breadcrumb quest from a Holiday Enthusiast who will direct you to Yin in your neighborhood.

  • Neighborhood Tricky Treat Traders — Trade your Neighborhood Candy for Tricky Treats. Exchange rates vary between neighborhoods and refresh daily. Shop around for the best deal.
  • Neighborhood World Quest: Community Candy Crawl — For 15 minutes every hour, trick-or-treat around Founder's Point and Razorwind Shores. Collect 10 Neighborhood Candy from buckets outside occupied plots for XP, 2 Tricky Treats, and 3 Neighborhood Candy.
  • Be A Good Neighbor — Fill the Neighborhood Contribution bar by doing neighborhood quests and activities. As it fills, festive decorations appear and more lootable candies show up around the Candy Bucket in the Holiday Hub.

Daily Quests

  • Trick-or-Treating — Clean up Discarded Wrappers around Neighborhood Candy Buckets to fill the Contribution bar. The fuller the bar, the more Haunted Candies you can loot.
  • Ghost Busting — Equip Ghost Gear and hunt ghosts, then drop them into the Ghost Tank. When full it summons a Shade of Seabreaker Skoloth. Pull it into the magic portal for a Treasure Chest (Tricky Treats + Neighborhood Candy). The Headless Horseman may appear and summon another Shade.
  • You're a Spider, Man — Interact with Webspinner Egg Sacs to turn into a spider for 3 minutes and place up to 10 webs. Boosts Neighborhood Contribution. 15-minute cooldown when you end the transformation.

Wickerman Piñata Candy Collection

Each neighborhood gets one of three random themes (Drustvar, Duskwood, or Felwood). Near Yin and the Wickerman a portal leads to a holiday hub where you can complete a daily quest and add 10 candies to the piñata. Once full, start the fight (or save it). “Start Whacking” begins a one-minute countdown. Whack it to knock out Neighborhood Candy, then collect the bonus when it falls. Trade the candy for Tricky Treats.

New Achievements

  • Tricks and Treats of Midnight — Use candy buckets in the Midnight Zones.
  • Sweet Tooth — Complete the Duskwood, Felwood, and Drustvar achievements.
