The new mount Grotto Netherwing Drake is a new Dragonriding mount added in patch 10.1 via the Trading Post system. You get this mount by completing 1400 points of objectives instead of the 1000 we are used to.
Here is a guide on how to get 1400 points fast. It took me 1 hour.
Can Grotto fly normal non-dragonflying
No it cannot. You can only summon Grotto in the Dragon Isles.
Can you change appearance on Grotto at the Rostrum Transformation
Grotto Dragonriding mount is not part of the rostrum transformation.
