Full Guide: PvP Vendor in Shadowlands (Updated)

In Shadowlands,  we will get PvP vendors back together with upgrading of PvP gear.

There are have 2 PvP vendors, the Assessor of Conflict (Purveyoe Zo´kuul) and the Master of Conflict (Zo´sorg) and an item upgrader, Facilitator of Conflict (Agressor Zo´dash).

These guys are located in the Enclave in Oribos.

These vendors are selling Weapons, gear, legendary powers and Soulbind Conduits.

The Assessor of Conflict is selling Unrated Gear and legendary power (for legendary gear crafting).

The Master of Conflict is selling Rated Gear and Soulbind Conduits.

The Facilitator of Conflict will help you upgrade PvP items.


Speicifc with PvP gear

In Shadowlands, there will be 2 things that will destinguish PvP gear from PvE:

  • Extra Versatility
  • PvP specific Set bonus

No matter if it is Honor gear of conquest gear. 

Versatility

The PvP gear will always have versatility together with one more secondary stat:
Vers and Haste
or, Vers and Crit
or, Vers and Mastery

Set Bonus

There is also a set bonus from PvP gear.

This set bonus is given when having 2 sets of PvP trinkets. 

Having two pvp trinkets will give you the bonus:

"The dmg and healing benefit of Versatility is increased by 20% when in Arenas, Battlegrounds, and War Mode."

No matter if it is Honor gear or Conquest gear, the set bonus is the same. 


The Currency

In Shadowlands, you will have two currencies for buying PvP gear, those are Shadowlands PvP Honor and Conquest.

You will use Shadowlands PvP Honor for the unrated PvP vendor, also called by me, the Honor vendor.

You will also use Shadowlands PvP Honor for upgrading honor gear (Aspirant) and Conquest gear (Gladiator).

You will use Conquest for the Rated PvP vendor, also called by me, the Conquest vendor.


Unrated Gear (ilvl 158)

Unrated Gear are items that do not require any achievement for buying. If you have enough Shadowlands PvP Honor, then you can buy.

The equipment is called Aspirant´s gear and sold by The Assessor of Conflict.

Costs Conquest to purchase.

The ilvl of Rated Gear is 200ilvl.

Rated Weapons
Costs Conquest and also requires you to complete the Achievement: Forged through Conquest. Shadowlands Season 1. This achievement requires you to earn 500 Conquest during Shadowlands Season 1.The achievement is removed from the latest weekly reset (8th Dec 2020). 

The ilvl of Rated Weapons is 200 ilvl.

How Upgrade your PvP gear and weapons

The third NPC, Facilitator of Conflict (Aggressor Zo´dash) can upgrade any of the PvP gear and weapons, no matter if it is Rated or Unrated gear.

Upgrading Unrated Gear and Weapons (197 ilvl max)

It costs Shadowlands PvP Honor for upgrading Unrated gear and weapons.

You can upgrade armor and weapons 6 times. From rank 1 to rank 7.

The highest ilvl for Honor gear is 197 ilvl.

There is a cap on how much Conquest can be earned during a season. This cap increases by 550 each week. This means that during week 1, the cap is 550. During week 2, the cap is 1100.

  • If you earn 550 Conquest during week 1, you will then be able to earn 550 Conquest during week 2.
  • If you earn no Conquest during week 1, you will then be able to earn 1100 Conquest during week 2.
  • If you earn 400 Conquest during week 1, you will then be able to earn 700 Conquest during week 2.

PvP vendor sells Legendary Power

Except for Unrated Gear, The Assessor of Conflict also sells Legendary power.
It doesn’t require any achievement for buying. If you have enough Shadowlands PvP Honor, then you can buy.

There are 13 types of Legendary Power sold by the vendor. World of Warcraft has 12 classes.
There is a Legendary power for each class and a general Legendary Power that all classes can use.

You buy the “Memory” from the vendor and head to the Legendary vendor crafting and give him that memory. In that way, he will remember how to make that power for your legendary crafting. Each Memory of Legendary power costs 1500 Honor of PvP.

Grip of the Everlasting

For 3 sec after casting  Death Grip, you may cast the spell a second time without regard for its cooldown.

Darkest Hour

You automatically trigger  Darkness when you fall below 35% health. This effect can only occur once every 2 min.

Druid Runecarve 1
(Druid)
Slot: Wrist, Finger

Effects of  Thick Hide,  Astral Influence,  Feline Swiftness, and  Ysera's Gift increased by 75%. When you shift into your Affinity's form, you gain  Heart of the Wild for 10 sec, once every 1 min.

Nessingwary´s Trapping Apparatus

Slot: Waist, Feet

Whenever a trap is triggered, gain 25 Focus.

Grisly Icicle
(Mage)
Slot: Head, Shoulder

Your Frost, Fire, and Arcane damage against enemies affected by  Frost Nova is increased by 10% and no longer breaks it.

Roll Out

Slot: Waist, Feet

Roll has 1 additional

Uther´s Guard
(Paladin)
Slot: Wrist, Finger

Your  Blessing of Freedom,  Blessing of Sacrifice,  Blessing of Spellwarding,  Blessing of Protection cooldowns are reduced by 1 sec when you spend Holy Power.

Vault of Heavens
(Priest)
Slot: Wrist, Finger

Leap of Faith instead causes you to leap to your target, and has 2 charges

Invigorating Shadowdust
(Rogue)
Slot: Neck, Chest

Vanish reduces the remaining cooldown of your other abilities by 0 sec.

Chains of Devastation
(Shaman)
Slot: Neck, Chest

Casting  Chain Heal makes your next  Chain Lightning instant cast. Casting  Chain Lightning makes your next  Chain Heal instant cast.

Pillars of Dark Portal
(Warlock)
Slot: Neck, Chest

Demonic Gateway is now instant cast, and your first use of the gateway does not trigger its cooldown

Leaper
(Warrior)
Slot: Waist, Feet

Heroic Leap gains 2 additional charge.


PvP vendor sells Soulbind Conduits

Except for Rated Gear and weapons, The Master of Conflict also sells Soulbind Conduits.

It doesn’t require any achievement for buying.

Each legendary costs 1500 Honor points. 

The PvP vendor has 48 Conduits in total with Finesse, Endurance and Potency conduits.

After it ends,  Blessing of Freedom increases the target's movement speed by 15.0% for 8 sec. After  Blessing of Protection or  Blessing of Sacrifice ends, the target takes 15% less damage for 8 sec.

Focused Light

Holy Shock's chance to critically strike is increased by 15%.

Vengeful Shock

Avenger's Shield causes your target to take 15.0% more Holy damage for 5 sec.

Hand of Gul'dan has a 15% chance to generate a charge of  Demonic Core.

Combusting Engine
(Potency Conduit)

Conflagrate increases your remaining  Immolate damage by 15% until  Immolate expires or is refreshed.

Warrior

Stalwart Guardian
(Endurance Conduit)

The cooldown of  Die by the Sword /  Enraged Regeneration is reduced by 20 sec and the cooldown of  Shield Wall is reduced by 40 sec.

Crash the Ramparts
(Potency Conduit)

Overpower has a 6.0% chance to apply  Colossus Smash for 3 sec.

Depths of Insanity
(Potency Conduit)

Recklessness lasts 20% longer.

Show of Force
(Potency Conduit)

Revenge increases the damage of your next  Thunder Clap by 20%.
