You can Craft T3 Armor in 10.1.5

This is a theory based on information we have in game and what has been datamined, and it´s a pretty good theory so you better be buckled up for this one. 

There are 2 crafting materials coming in 10.1.5 and these two are: 

  • Wartorn Scraps
  • Phylacterweave

With these two materials (together with other materials), you will be able to craft armor and weapons. All armor and weapons have the same source: 

“Discovery Naxxramas”. 

Crafting Weapons

With Wartorn Scraps, you can craft weapons and some armor. It seems that the weapons you craft are similar to the Vanilla version of Naxxramas. Here are two examples. 

One of them is a shield called Death´s Gamble. 

This item has the same icon as the Death's Bargain, which drops from Gluth in Classic Naxxramas. 

Another One is The Plague Belcher. 

This item has the same icon as The Plague Bearer, which drops from Patchwerk in Classic Naxxramas. 

T3 Armor

With Phylacterweave (and Wartorn Scraps), you can craft 

  • Cursed Cloth
    Item linked to Tailoring. 
  • Languished Leather
    Item linked to Leatherworking.
  • Scourged Scales
    Item linked to leatherworking
  • Undeath Metal
    Item linked to Blacksmithing. 

The source of these is “Discovery: Naxxramas”. 

With these items, you will be able to partially restore Lamented Crusade Armor.

Once that is done, you need one of the following items to fully restore the Lamented Crusade Armor.  

  • Purify Belt
  • Purify Boots
  • Purify Bracers
  • Purify Chestpiece
  • Purify Gauntlets
  • Purify Helmet
  • Purify Leggings 
  • Purify Shoulders

Cursed Cloth partially restores Lamented Crusade Armor. The Final Purification can be done by a Mage or Priest or Warlock. 

Languished Leather partially restores Lamented Crusade Armor. The Final Purification can be done by a Druid or Rogue.

Scourged Scales partially restores Lamented Crusade Armor. The Final Purification can be done by a Hunter or Shaman.

Undeath Metal partially restores Lamented Crusade Armor. The Final Purification can be done by a Paladin or Warrior.

In vanilla naxxramas, the T3 set consits of 8 pieces. The items that you will restore and purify consists of 8 pieces as well. 

All this information together strongly links to crafting T3 amor. 

How to learn crafting T3 armor and Old Naxxramas weapons?

Since the Frost gear that you will be able craft comes from Omarion Pages and Master Craftsman Omarion. It is only one thing left that we have seen on the PTR. 

That is the Archived Crafting Technique. The old Naxxramas was located in the northernmost subcontinent of the Eastern Kingdoms.
