Blizzard has unveiled the development notes for Patch 11.0.7 on the PTR as of November 13. These updates outline the timeline for players to access Cyrce's Circlet powers and the much-anticipated flying feature on Siren Isle.
A CALL TO SIREN ISLE
To facilitate faster testing on the PTR, content progression is accelerated. It's important to note that once this content is officially launched, players will gradually unlock various ring powers on a weekly basis over the span of six weeks. Completing this process will ultimately grant them the ability to fly in the Siren Isle region.
