Oil of Deep Toxins Overview:

Rank 1: Coats your weapon with a magical oil that has a chance to deal 6415 Nature damage to the target.

Rank 2: Coats your weapon with a magical oil that has a chance to deal 7795 Nature damage to the target.

Rank 3: Coats your weapon with a magical oil that has a chance to deal 9170 Nature damage to the target.
These changes aim to balance the damage output of the Oil of Deep Toxins, ensuring that the different ranks provide a more equitable performance in gameplay.
