Enchanting is a fantastic way to earn effortless gold in The War Within! In this guide, we will explore one of the top concentration builds in the game, designed to maximize your enchanting profits.
Why Choose Enchanting?
One of the primary reasons I favor enchanting is the high demand for weapon enchants at premium prices. Players often prioritize enhancing their weapons early in the game, and many invest in high-level crafted weapons. Once they commit to an enchant, they are unlikely to switch it out frequently, making the opportunity to add an expensive enchant appealing for many players.
Key Recipe: Authority of Radiant Power
For most players, the best recipe to pursue is the Authority of Radiant Power. This enchant provides a damage proc and boosts your main stat, making it highly desirable. You can acquire this recipe from the final boss in the Priory of the Sacred Flame or purchase it from the Auction House (AH). Currently, the recipe is listed at around 400k gold on the cheapest realm. If you have a premium TSM account, consider setting up a deals search to find it at a lower price.
Alternative Recipes
Fortunately, there are other weapon enchants that also deliver impressive concentration value. My personal favorite is Stormrider’s Fury, which yields about 28 gold per concentration at the time of writing. Exploring these alternatives can diversify your enchanting options while still ensuring profitability.
Base Build Strategy
To optimize your enchanting efficiency, allocate 30 points into the base node for Everlasting Enchantments and 20 points into the Arathor node. Currently, I am focusing onSupplementary Shatteringrather than investing more points in +skill, as I’m not actively pursuing acuity. Since I won’t achieve guaranteed quality 3 (q3) for some time, this approach works well for me. However, if you’ve dedicated all your resources to profession tools, reaching quality 3 may not be overly costly in terms of knowledge.
Acquire the Epic Tool
Investing in the Epic Enchanter Tool is highly beneficial, as it includes a bonus effect that reduces concentration costs by 1%. This reduction accumulates over time, making it a worthwhile investment compared to other early Acuity options. For the remaining two slots, I recommend sticking withUncommon Toolsfor now.
