Reins of the Quantum Courser is an is an Extremely Rare item that can drop from the last boss Chrono-Lord Deios in Dawn of the Infinite. It is a one time use item that will give you a random mount from one of the previous expansions.
Me and @LeystTv and Ursoc did some runs and finally got not one, but TWO Reins of the Quantum Courser from the same boss loot! One turned into Cartels Master´s Gearglider The other turned into a Reins of the Infinite Timereaver So it is not only horses.
