Blizzard Entertainment has responded to player feedback regarding the upcoming Turbo Boost event in "The War Within" Season 2, set to launch on May 13, 2025. In a recent announcement, the company revealed significant adjustments to the structure of the Puzzling Cartel Chips quests aimed at enhancing player satisfaction and engagement. Here’s a breakdown of the latest changes.

New Puzzling Cartel Chips Quest Structure

Originally, players were required to complete a weekly quest to earn Puzzling Cartel Chips, with a maximum of six Chips available per character. However, Blizzard has decided to expedite the process to ensure players can enjoy the benefits of the new gear system sooner. Here are the key updates:

  • Immediate Rewards: The first week’s quest will now reward players with 3 Puzzling Cartel Chips. This allows players to purchase one item from Consultant Wrexxle immediately, rather than waiting for three weeks.

  • Increased Chip Maximum: Following the first week's adjustment, players can earn a total of 9 Chips over the course of the six-week questline, up from the previous cap of six. This change enables players to purchase up to three Liberation of Undermine items throughout the event.
