Step 1
You need to wait until the NPC in Rustbolt spawns that gives you the Quest “Aid from Nordrassil”.

Step 2
Once you got the quest, you head to The Fleeting Forest.

Step 3
Look for the small mushrooms and click. Eventually the rare will spawn. GL.
