In 10.0.7 you will get the starting quest that leads you to the Forbidden Reach. The actual quest to travel there is called Return to the Reach and rewards 385 Bind on account Back. It is a fast and good reward for main or alts, especially since you can upgrade primal gear in 10.0.7. 385 ilvl primal gear can be upgraded to 395 ilvl, whereas 389 ilvl primal gear can be upgraded to 398 ilvl gear.
