Blizzard has announced significant enhancements to Cyrce's Circlet in the upcoming Patch 11.0.7, making it a top-tier choice for players across the board!
Key Changes
When Patch 11.0.7 goes live this week, the Siren Isle ring, Cyrce's Circlet, will see a substantial power boost compared to its status on the Public Test Realm (PTR).

Starting Item Level: The ring will begin at item level 639 (instead of 619).

Maximum Upgrade Level: Once fully upgraded, it will reach an impressive item level of 658 (instead of 639).
Competitive Edge
The primary objective behind these changes is to establish Cyrce's Circlet as the preferred ring for the remainder of Season 1, while also ensuring its relevance in Season 2. It is designed to compete effectively with Heroic raid gear, and players can expect it to be replaced by drops from Mythic raids and high Mythic+ dungeons.
Future Adjustments
Blizzard acknowledges that tuning adjustments to specific gems may be necessary to prevent unintended power spikes and to potentially enhance the performance of weaker gems. However, the focus remains on the item level of Cyrce's Circlet as the benchmark for its effectiveness.To clarify, there are currently no plans to reduce the ring’s overall power in the future. Adjustments will be made as needed to ensure it stays competitive with other rings of similar item levels throughout Season 2.
