Citrine Germs are Timegated - will take 3 weeks to get them all

There are two sources on how you get the Citrine Gems. One is the contribution table, and the other one is the World Quest in the Siren Isle. 

Contribution Table

There are 3 types of elite rares on the island. These elite rares must be spawned via a contribution table in the camp. When a contribution has been made (you don't have to contribute), and an elite rare is active, you will be rewarded when killing it. There are two types of rewards, a Crate of Bygone Riches, or a gem for your ring. If you have the gem that it rewards, then it will automatically turn into a crate as reward. 

The gems tied to the contribution table are: 

• Windsinger’s Runed Citrine (mainly from the main storyline, but alts can get it from the table)

• Thunderlord’s Crackling Citrine

• Mariner’s Hallowed Citrine

• Stormbringer´s Runed Citrine

• Storm Sewer's Citrine

• Fathomdweller's Runed Citrine

• Undersea Overseer's Citrine

• Old Salt's Bardic Citrine 

• Squall Sailor's Citrine

World Quest

There is only 1 world quest in the island and to complete this world quest, you have to fill up a progress bar to 100% by killing mobs, or compelting quests etc. The reward will be a specific gem, but if you have that gem, you will instead be rewarded with a Crate. 

The gems that are tied to the World Quests are:

• Roaring War-Queen’s Citrine

• Seabed Leviathan’s Citrine

• Legendary Skipper’s Citrine

There are 12 gems in total that you can get. The problem is that Blizzard has timegated the accessibility to these gems. You will get 4 gems in total each week, so that means that it will take 3 weeks in total to get all the gems.
