Dragon glyphs are used to be able to aff points in the Dragonflying talent tree.
These Dragon glyphs are scattered around the Dragon Isles. Each zone has 10 glyphs and there are 4 zones. Menaing, you can get a maximum of 40 points (glyphs) in the Dragonflying talent tree.
