Surging Vitality I	4125	Taking damage has a chance to increase your Versatility by 0 for 20 sec.
Glimpse of Clarity	4125	Your spells and abilities have a chance to grant you a Glimpse of Clarity, reducing the cooldown of your next 1 spell cast by 3 sec.
Severe II	4125	Increases the amount of Critical Strike you gain from all sources by 9%.
Racing Pulse III	7875	Your spells and abilities have a chance to increase your Haste by 0 for 4 sec.
Siphoner III	9000	Increases your Leech by 8%
Avoidant III	4250	Your Avoidance is increased by an amount equal to 16% of your Haste.
