Wrath of the Lich King Timewalking Event Now Live - Normal Nerub-ar Cache & Hero Track Ulduar Caches

The Wrath of the Lich King Timewalking event is now active for the week of October 8th! Jump into the action by completing five Timewalking dungeons to earn a Normal Cache of Nerubian Treasures and take down Yogg-Saron in Ulduar Timewalking for a Cache of Timewarped Treasures.

Timewalking Dungeon Event

Explore six dungeons from the Wrath of the Lich King expansion for exciting rewards during this week’s Bonus Event.While the Event is Active:

  • Archivist Frithrun in Dornogal has a quest available, which can also be accessed through the Dungeon Journal.

  • Quest Requirement: Complete 5 Wrath of the Lich King Timewalking dungeons.

  • Rewards: You’ll receive a Cache of Nerubian Treasures that contains one piece of non-tier gear from Normal Nerub-ar Palace.

Additionally, players will receive a 50% bonus to reputation gains from quests and creature kills for all factions associated with the Wrath of the Lich King expansion.

Ulduar Timewalking Raid

If you’re seeking Hero-level gear to enhance your character, don’t miss the Disturbance Detected: Ulduar quest. By defeating Yogg-Saron in Ulduar Timewalking, you can earn Hero-Track gear!

To start this quest, head to Dalaran in Crystalsong Forest and speak with Vormu at coordinates /way 50.6 46.4. Assemble a group to take down Yogg-Saron and collect the Titan Prison Fragment that drops from him.

Afterwards, turn in the quest for a Cache of Timewarped Treasures, which can reward you with a 610 ilvl Hero 1/6 piece of gear, along with a chance to obtain a rare mount from the Wrath of the Lich King, such as Invincible's Reins! Base loot from Ulduar Timewalking drops at ilvl 597 Champion 1/8.
