The new zone in patch 10.1 is called Zaralek Cavern and is located under the entire Dragon Isles. It is a big Cavern in which you can also fly around there.
There are 3 entrances to enter Zaralek Cavern. All are located in Ohn´aran Plains. You will be introduced to that new area via the main questline.
