These will upgrade crafted gear to a higher ilvl and make them into PvP gear.
You can buy them for Honor and Conquest.
The Honor Optional Reagent will increase the ilvl to 437 when in Arenas and Battlegrounds.
The Conquest Optional Reagent will increase the ilvl to 450 when in Arenas and Battlegrounds.
