On the latest 10.1.7 PTR build, there is an item called Luxurious Niffen Hat. This item has a description on it which seems that the item will be sold in the Trading Post.
“Were it not for our masterful negotiators, this hat would cost no less than 2500 tender”.
This item has the same icon as the Ponzo´s Scheming Topper. The Ponzo´s Hat transmog costs 249 Barter Boulders in Loamm, Zaralek Cavern, and it was the only transmog with that specific look.
