New Mythic+ ilvl gear reward: +18 instead of +15

In the latest beta build we got our first glimpse on how the the new Dragonflight mythic + ilvl gear reward will look like from dungeon reward to the Great Vault. This is what has been datamined. 

The cap will now be a +18 instead of a +15.
