We had some changes when it comes to ilvl gear from many sources. Basically all changes had an ilvl nerf by 10 ilvls.
What we can se ingame on Beta right now is that dungeons, professions gear crafting and the outdoor primal gear vendor got their ilvl gear reduced by 10 ilvls.
The M+ keystone reward and the Great Vault before the ilvl changes can easily be calculated based on previous expansions and patches which was posted https://www.worldofmoudi.com/mythic-plus-ilvl-gear-in-dragonflight last month. A +15 Great Vault was 424 ilvl.
