  1. Need to have purchased Battle for Azeroth
  2. Have a level 110 already on that server
  3. Highmountain Tauren
    Exalted with Highmountain Tribe and completion of Ain't No Mountain High Enough. 

    Nightborne
    Exalted with the Nightfallen and completion of Insurrection.


    Void Elf 
    Exalted with Argussian Reach and completion of  You Are Now Prepared!

    Lightforged Draenei
    Exalted with Army of the Light and completion of  You Are Now Prepared!

    Kul Tiran


  4. Complete a special scenario to play the race

This is account wide (doesn’t matter if you completed it as alliance or horde).

Dark Iron Dwarf

You must have the Battle for Azeroth expansion purchased.
You need to complete the 8.0 Alliance War Campaign.

Mag'har Orcs

You must have the Battle for Azeroth expansion purchased.
You need to complete the 8.0 Horde War Campaign.

 

Zandalari
Exalted with Zandalari Empire and completion of The Throne of Zuldazar (not confirmed)
