Brightfeather is a pet that comes out in patch 10.0.7. This pet is found inside the Zskera Vaults in Forbidden Reach.
You need to have access to the Zskera Vault and make sure you have a lot of Zskera Keys.
The pet is inside the one of the chests in the rooms, but it is not in any special location/room. It is pure RNG when you will loot it from the chests.
There are totally 29 rooms inside the Vault (28 if a quest is there sometimes). The vault rooms close and reset once a week when it is reset day.
