You can upgrade your cloak to Rank 15 quicker

Each Rank up to Rank 15 can be achieved in a single Horrific Vision.

This means that when you come to higher levels, for example lvl 13, you need only 2 pages to reach 14 (instead of 6). Or if you are at rank 14, you only need 2 pages to reach 15 (was 8).

HOWEVER, The requirements for further minor upgrades to the cloak after Rank 15 with Malefic Cores have not been changed.7
