On the weekly reset there are some changes when it comes to the Timr Rift Weekly Quest.
It is still one weekly quest per account, but the Paracausal Flakes reward has changed into Bind on Account - Paracausal Cluster. This is an item that gains 1000 Paracausal Flakes when used and can be send to other characters in your account.
