Regardless of whether you possess any head or shoulder transmogs from the Cavern Delver´s Gear sets, you will be rewarded with all Head and shoulder pieces upon unlocking the prestigious "Neltharion's Legacy" achievement.
In my personal case, I didn't possess the Infinite transmog before, but now I proudly flaunt it as a stunning visual effect
