No more Renown levels will be added in Shadowlands.
This is tied to covenants and in patch 9.2 we are getting a new progression system, by interacting with The Cypher of the First ones that helps us learn the language and unlock:

- More vendor options.
- New areas to explore
- New side quests
- Character power
