When I turned in 600 war supplies in the PTR today, I noticed that I only got artifact power, when I normally on live server get artifact power and Legionfall recompense (chest). It seems that the cache is now removed. I will send a tweet to the dev team and see if I get any response regarding this.
Also noted that you get less AP from turning in Legionfall war supplies.
In live you get 16 million at max research lvl. On PT R you get 13.5 million.
