The hunter bow Neltharax, Enemy of the Sky that drops from the last boss in the Vaults of the Incarnates is getting a nerf in patch 10.0.7. "The power gain from this special Equip effect, in addition to its rarity, has made a pretty big divide between Hunters who have this bow, and Hunters who don’t." The bow will have an equip effect that increases auto-attack instead of auto-attack speed. Also, it will only affect the Hunter, not the pet.
To compensate for these changes, hunters are getting buffed in patch 10.0.7.
All Specs:
Serpent Sting damage increased by 25%
Death Chakram damage increased by 100%
Beast Mastery Hunter:
Kill Command damage + 10%
Barbed Shot damage + 12%
Stomp damage + 25%
Cobra Shot damage + 50%
Kill Cleave will now transfer 60% of Kill Command’s damage, up from 50% (new change as of March 2nd)
Marksmanship Hunter
Arcane Shot and Chimaera Shot damage + 25%
Multi-Shot damage + 15%
