This vendor sells Storm-Charged Manipulator for 6 Aspects Token of Merit.
Storm-Charged Manipulator adds a socket to a Dragonflight Season 1 item that does not already have one. Can be used on Helms, Necks, Bracers, Belt or Rings.
You get Aspects Token of Merit by choosing it instead of gear from the Weekly Vault.
