The slow effect (Leaden Foot)
What it does
This reduced your movement speed and stacked.
The highest movement speed reduction is 90%.
The Nerf
It will be changed to 50% reduction instead of 90% with a maximum of 10 stacks.
The Split Personality effect
What it does
This spawned several clones of you and surrounds you in a circle for 6 seconds, with just one spot to exit.
If you touch it, you get disoriented for 4 seconds.
The Nerf
The clones will last for 5 seconds instead of 6 seconds.
If you touch it, you get disoriented for 2 seconds instead of 4 seconds.
