This guide was a tip from my guild friend Sweetname/sweettotem.
It´s a really fast and easy way to farm Artifact Power in Island Expedition when a certian vendor is there. This has nothing to to with how good your character is gear wise. You will farm really fast and effective. Check out my video below.
