Vendor location for buying Eternal Heirloom Armor Casing and Eternal Heirloom Scabbard

Eternal Heirloom Armor Casing and Eternal Heirloom Scabbard are new ranks of heirloom gear that has been added in 9.1.5.

Upgrade weapon (Scabbard) or armor, trinket, shield, off-hand (Armor Casing) to increase in power up to level 60. Only works on heirlooms that scale to level 50.

This item is bind on Blizzard account, meaning you can send this to your alt characters.

The vendor NPC is called Au´Dara (Heirloom Broker) and is located on the top floor in Oribos, just next to the flight master.
