A change in 10.1.5 that we did no see was found by Lazey (@patf0rd). He found that the Forbidden Reach has a new catch up when it comes to Zskera Vault keys. You can now buy these keys for Dragon Isle supplies.
1 Key costs 50 Dragon Isles Supplies and the vendors that sell them are the Renown Envoys in Morqut Village.
