Dragonflight build is now on Release Candidate which means that only otfixes comes out now, no more beta builds. Many specs will be more or like as they are. No major class changes will be there. So if there is a special class that you are testing and you feel that it requires bigger changes, it´s most likely not happening. But tuning numbers on class abilities will be there as hotfixes (minor changes) will be there. This video presents the data from Dragonflight Mythic Raid testing logs and compared also with the latest major class tunings that came out.
