300% CD NERFS!? 150% Damage Increases!? HUGE Class Changes BEFORE Season 1

We got a (maybe) final class changes before Season 1 goes live at the week of 13th of December. Huge Buffs and Nerfs on dmg and CD´s. Is this the last class change before Season 1 hits live or will we see another one?
