Legion: Can we fly there and what about Dalaran

You mentioned the new Zones and Dalaran, is Dalaran flying over to the Broken Isle.

It is moving yes.

But ppl lvling will still have Dalaran there.

The Dalaran is the same in Broken Isle, some small changes only.

Can we fly in the Broken Isle?

Eventually yes but not right away.
Enable flying will happen later on after players explore the world and after some achievments they will be able to fly.
