Today I got the ahievement "Don´t Call Me Junior" and I had 2 other accounts up and noticed that they also got the same achievement! So, either it was a bug or it actually means that completing this quest on one char will give you the ach on all your lvl 100 char and ofc Harrison Jones Follower on all other chars.
