They are now back with a new story in 10.2 and a vendor to buy the Druid of the Flame Transmog.
You can already now check out the Druid of the Flame NPCs and vendor in the Emerald Dream. They are located behind the new raid, Amirdrassil: The Dream's Hope, in a cave via the water. To access this cave you have to interact with an orb.
Once you reach renown 20, you will also unlock the hidden quest line Druids of the Flam
